John William has always been about serving others. He enjoys volunteering his time and is proud to be active in Ward 9.
To Listen and Serve
John William wants to empower the constituents to speak up and share in the resolution of challenges facing the communities in Ward 9. Each constituent needs to be informed of what is happening, how it affects them and why different choices have been made. They need to feel validated as important members of the decision making process in Ward 9.
